Last year's Ray-Pec High School yearbook earned the All-Missouri Award from the Missouri Interscholastic Press Association. The award is presented to the top 1 percent of yearbooks in Missouri. The yearbook staff will be recognized on stage in March at the annual J-Day event at the University of Missouri. Editors of the 2018-2019 yearbook were Sydney Bearden, 2019 graduate, and Kenzi Jones, current senior.
For this award, the yearbook is judged by industry professionals from across the country on a 500-point rubric. Books are evaluated in five areas: coverage, photography, reporting, design, and theme development. The yearbook lost less than 20 points overall, earning RPHS its highest score ever.
