Congratulations to the Ray-Pec Prowlers Dance Team for its performance at NDA Elite Dance Team Camp, at the University of Missouri, Columbia.

The Prowlers earned the Showmanship award with its jazz home routine, and received team awards for both Outstanding Technique and Shownmanship. The camp’s Team Leader Award went to Prowler Captains Hannah Hegarty, Melody Roberts and Chelsea Shaffer.

Team members Delaney Ardito, Jessica Gonzales, Hannah Hegarty, Melanie Parker, Melody Roberts and Chelsea Shaffer were selected as All-American Nominees. Hegarty, Parker and Shaffer also made the All-American Team.

Senior Hannah Hegarty also received the Outstanding Leadership Award, a Top Gun Performance Award, and has been invited by the NDA to join its staff as an instructor during the 2012 dance team camp season.

The Prowlers are directed by Coach Cheryl Gray and Assistant Coach Hayley Sexton.
