All athletes (grades 7-12) are required to have a current sports physical on file to participate in any summer camp or school year athletics. The physical form is here: Physical Form

All student athletes and their parents are required to review the handbook and return the signature sheet to their Coach prior to the first contest of the season. The signature sheet indicates that the athlete and the parents have received, reviewed, and understand the policies set forth by the Athletic/Activities Department and the MSHSAA regarding concussions. It is required before a student athlete will be allowed to participate. Student Athletic Handbook

Raymore-Peculiar High School participates in a pre-screening process and after-injury evaluation
for all student athletes regarding concussions and head injuries. All athletes are required to complete the pre-season assessment before continuing in a sport. Parents will be provided information regarding concussions and head injuries and will be asked to sign a statement (provided in the student athletic handbook) indicating they have received this information.
