Project Grad
What is Project Grad?
Project Grad is the alcohol-free and drug-free graduation party for all 2014 Ray-Pec seniors on the night of graduation. It is an opportunity for seniors to celebrate with classmates in a fun and safe environment at PowerPlay. The Project Graduation Committee is a group of parent volunteers who conduct fundraisers throughout the year to cover the cost of the party.

RSVP for Project Grad celebration

Seniors who plan to attend the Project Grad celebration must RSVP. Project Grad volunteers will be at the high school during lunch periods on Friday, May 2, to allow students to register for the event. The registration is $5 for each senior and $35 for a guest. You may print and submit this form: Registration form. Volunteers will also have the forms available on May 2 at the school.

Volunteers needed!
Project Grad needs volunteers to ride the buses to and from Power Play on Friday, May 16. Those volunteers will also serve as chaperones for the students during the event. Volunteers should plan to arrive by 10 p.m. at the south high school building. They will return to the school at about 5 a.m. Saturday morning, May 17. The volunteers do not have to be parents of seniors. To sign up, go here: www.SignUpGenius.com/go/10C0D4EADA928A4FE3-project1/10318555

The Project Grad Committee will plan fundraisers throughout the year. High school students who need A+ community service hours may also help with Project Grad fundraisers.

In lieu of volunteering at fundraisers, parents may participate in the candy sale or the buy-out. To participate in the buy-out option, send a check for $120 to Project Grad, P.O. Box 1513, Raymore, MO 64083. Please write your student's name on the memo line.

Project Grad is teaming up with HyVee for a fundraiser during Prom season. If you order your prom corsage or boutonniere from HyVee, $1 from each flower sale will be donated back to Ray-Pec Project Grad. Place your order by May 8, and present this flyer when you order: Prom flower flyer

You can recycle used toner and ink cartridges and benefit Project Grad! Take the used cartridges to Home Town Toner & Ink, 107 N.
