Project Grad
What is Project Grad?
Project Grad is the alcohol-free and drug-free graduation party for all Ray-Pec seniors on the night of graduation. It is an opportunity for seniors to celebrate with classmates in a fun and safe environment at PowerPlay. The Project Graduation Committee is a group of parent volunteers who conduct fundraisers throughout the year to cover the cost of the party.

Parents Night Out
Do you have shopping to finish? Is it time for a date night? Do you have a holiday party you'd like to attend? Project Grad is here to help out by offering a Parents Night Out for children in grades K-6 on Saturday, from 7 to 11 p.m. Dec. 13, at MEGA (Missouri Elite Gymnastics Academy), 19601 Harrelson, Belton. The cost for the first child is $20. Each additional sibling is $10. The event will include an open gym, movie, games, and snacks. To reserve your spot or for more information, call Sharon Van Winkle at 816-331-8840.

Golf tournament
The 2015 Project Grad Scramble is scheduled for April 13, 2015, at Creekmoor Golf Club. For information about sponsorship opportunities or entries, contact Mark Harrington at 816-509-1973.

Opt Out Form
Instead of participating in fundraisers for the Project Grad party, parents of seniors can elect to opt out by sending a payment of $125 to support the event. Opt Out Form

The Project Grad Committee will plan fundraisers throughout the year. High school students who need A+ community service hours may also help with Project Grad fundraisers.
