Project Grad
What is Project Grad?
Project Grad is the alcohol-free and drug-free graduation party for all Ray-Pec seniors on the night of graduation. It is an opportunity for seniors to celebrate with classmates in a fun and safe environment at PowerPlay. The Project Graduation Committee is a group of parent volunteers who conduct fundraisers throughout the year to cover the cost of the party.

Pre-register for after-graduation party
Senior Class 2015: Project Grad Representatives will be available during lunch shifts on March 13, 24 and 27. Important Information about Power Play is available. All seniors planning to attend Power Play need to pre-register by purchasing a $5 wristband.

Buffalo Wild Wings fundraiser

Support Project Grad
Eat out at Buffalo Wild Wings, and support Project Grad. Show the fundraiser card, and 10 percent of the bill will be donated to Project Grad. You may print out the card or show it on your phone. The card may be used multiple times.  
This fundraiser is also a competition with Belton High School. At the end of the promotion, Buffalo Wild Wings will tally up the sale. The high school with the most sales will win an additional prize.

Hy-Vee coupon books
Project Grad is selling Hy-Vee Coupon Books for $5. They include a $5 coupon on any $50 purchase, plus 60 Hy-Vee and Brand name coupons. Contact Carrie Hauptmann at  or 816-665-6070.

Golf tournament
The 2015 Project Grad Scramble is scheduled for April 13 at Creekmoor Golf Club. the tournament will have a scramble format, with a shotgun start at noon. The entry fee per golfer is $125. For information, contact Mark Harrington at 816-509-1973.

Opt Out Form
Instead of participating in fundraisers for the Project Grad party, parents of seniors can elect to opt out by sending a payment of $125 to support the event. Opt Out Form

The Project Grad Committee will plan fundraisers throughout the year. High school students who need A+ community service hours may also help with Project Grad fundraisers.
