Summer Camp Schedule 2013

To sign up for summer camp, follow three steps:
1. Enroll for camp
2. Pay the fee
3. Sign the permission slip and bring to camp

You can enroll using a paper form or an electronic form.

Complete the form and drop it off at the south high school or mail to RPHS, Summer Athletic Camps, P.O. Box 789, Peculiar, Mo 64078.

Complete the form and hit "submit."

Enrollment in camp is not complete until you submit payment. If you submit your enrollment with a paper form, please include a check with the form.

A consent form signed by a parent or guardian is required for participation in Ray-Pec Summer Athletic Camps. Please print and complete this form, sign it, and either mail the form or provide to the coach when camp begins: Permission Form
