Who should register?

• Children who will be 5 years old BEFORE Aug. 1, 2021
• Online registration for Kindergarten opens Friday, Feb. 26, 2021
• Once registered online, you will be contacted by the secretary at your child's school of residency to select a screening appointment. Screenings will be scheduled by appointment only for Monday, April 5, at each elementary school.
• Note: Parents interested in VIPR (Virtual Instruction Program of Ray-Pec) should still register and schedule a screening time at their school of residency.

Step 1: Register online.

• Register your child in our Student Information System (Tyler SIS) by visiting this page.

Step 2: Email documents to your school of residency. (Email addresses are provided below.)

Residency document - Provide ONE of the following:

• A current gas, water, or electric bill showing the "service" address
• Lease/rental agreement
• Closing/sales contract on a home being purchased (possession must be within 60 days from the first day of school)
• Affidavit of Residency - If you live with someone else and do not have a utility bill in your name, here is a link to the Affidavit of Residency form. Complete this form, have it notarized, and email it with a current utility bill in the resident's name. If you have questions, please contact the school secretary. (Contact information below.)

Step 3: You will be contacted to schedule a screening appointment for April 5.

Step. 4: Bring copies of these two documents with you to your child's screening.

• Child's current immunization record
• Child's State Certified Birth Certificate is preferred. Original certified hospital record or a copy of original showing hospital seal are also common formats.
