The District relies on Dr. Hatfield for information about compensation, job descriptions, benefits, and annual training.

If you have an inquiry or complaint related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or denial of access, please contact Dr. Hatfield.
She is also responsible for coordinating the District's efforts to comply with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
This is Dr. Hatfield’s 20th year with the District. She first served as a teacher at Shull Sixth Grade Center, and then at Eagle Glen Intermediate School, when the school opened to serve 5th and 6th grades. In 2005, she became Principal of Eagle Glen Intermediate School, and then in 2011, was named Director of Human Resources. On July 1, 2019, her title changed to Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, to reflect the breadth of the position and her level of responsibilities.
Her husband, Steve Hatfield, teaches at Industrial Technology at Ray-Pec High School. Their daughter, Katie, is a 2016 graduate of RPHS, and son, Hunter, is a junior.
