Does the athlete already have a PRIVIT profile? – Here’s how to update it for 2022-23. Most physicals are valid for 2 years from the date of the physical exam – unless a physician notes otherwise on exam form.
Ray-Pec's PRIVIT site is https://https://raypecathletics.e-ppe.com/secure/session/login.jspa
Login to student’s PRIVIT profile to check the expiration date of physical
Confirm that the athlete has selected the team they want to join...for example……“Boys Tennis 2022-23” as their team in their profile.
You must specifically choose this year’s team or the athlete’s name will not appear on the 2022-23 Team Roster.
This is the only way a Coach will know if an athlete has a complete profile.
The 5 required forms in the profile need to have the appropriate student/parent e-signatures applied.
To do this, please archive the current forms in their profile and apply new student/parent e-signatures to the 5 required forms.
This step must be done for each school year.
When finished submitting updates, your profile will list “Submission Complete”. Your submission will be reviewed to change your status to cleared.
When the profile is approved, the status will change to “Cleared.”
If you are missing something from your profile you will get an email notification to the email address used to open the PRIVIT account, letting you know what’s missing from your profile.
All student athletes must have a Cleared profile to participate in tryouts.
The athlete does NOT have a PRIVIT Profile… follow these instructions to set up the profile….
1. Go to the PRIVIT site: https://raypecathletics.e-ppe.com/index.jspa on your computer or visit the PRIVIT Profile App (available through the Apple App Store or Google Play) on your smartphone. On the app, search for "Raymore Peculiar Athletics."
2. As a parent/guardian for a student under the age of 19, you will register an account with your email address, and then add your student into the account. New users: Select "Register" to create a new account. Select your role as "Parent/Guardian" when registering. Once you create an account, you may log in with the same email address and password in the future.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your student's physical.
