A+ Program

Any student may enroll in the A+ program. This program provides scholarship funds to eligible graduates of A+ designated high schools who attend a participating public community college or vocational/technical school, or certain private two-year vocational/technical schools.

To be eligible, students at graduation must: (1) have attended RPHS for three years, (2) earned a 2.5 non-weighted grade point average, (3) have 95 percent attendance over all four years of high school; (4) performed 50 hours of tutoring/mentoring; and (5) must also have scored proficient or better on the Algebra I or Geometry or Algebra II end-of-course exam or achieve a math subscore of 17 on the ACT.

An A+ student must exhibit good citizenship.

Attendance Appeal Form
The regular attendance policy for Ray-Pec HS is separate from A+.  For A+, an absence is an absence.  An appeal is possible for attendance depending on the circumstance.  Please see the handbook below for more information.
