The Ray-Pec Success Academy is a regular education skill building program for students in grades K-8 in the Raymore-Peculiar School District. Our program provides students the support they need to be successful through a smaller school environment that is tailored to meet their academic, behavioral, and social emotional needs.

Supports include:

• Small teacher-to-student ratio

• Social emotional learning curriculum

• Daily individualized instruction at the level the student requires (academic and behavioral)

• Daily small group instruction and practice of skills (academic and behavioral)

• Daily positive behavior emphasis with explicit feedback to the student
