PreK Registration is open!
Registration for pre-kindergarten programs for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. Children who will be 4 years old on or before July 31, 2025, and who reside in the Ray-Pec School District, may register for classes at Shull Early Learning Center.

Ray-Pec plans to have in-person school tomorrow.
We donโt usually send a message when schools are going to be OPEN, but after last week, it seems like a good idea! If there is a change to our plans for tomorrow, we will communicate by 5:30 a.m.
Please remember to use caution while driving, especially in the southern parts of the district; be patient about possible bus delays, and make sure that students dress warmly. Monday morning temperatures are predicted to be cold!

Due to the severe winter weather conditions, there will be no school on Monday, Jan. 6, 2025.
This will be a traditional inclement weather day and no virtual learning classes will be held.
This is a significant storm that will take time to clear and make roadways and walkways passable. Our goal is to have students back in our buildings as soon as we can, but we realize that the timing and severity of this storm presents us with challenges. Our Ray-Pec building and grounds crews will continue to work with our citiesโ and county public works departments and our bus transportation provider to bring us back to workable conditions as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
A decision as to how to make up todayโs inclement weather day will be made later in the school year.
Activities
All elementary school, middle school, and high school after-school activities and evening events will be canceled and/or rescheduled.
Child Care
BOOST (Best Out of School Time) is the program that provides before- and after-school care. BOOST will be closed on Monday, Jan. 6.

More than 100 juniors and seniors from Ray-Pec High School serve as A+ tutors throughout our district. Here are pictures of some of them working with other students in our district! #Herewego

Thank you to all of our Veterans for everything you do for our country and our freedom. There aren't enough words to show our gratitude for all the troops who served our country. But in an effort to share our respect and support to you, we here at Shull Early Learning Center sent hand made cards to our local HyVee for all of our beloved Veterans to read while they enjoy their free meals. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!

Registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open!! ๐ข
As we prepare for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, we are implementing a new student information system called FOCUS SIS. This change is necessary because Tyler SIS, our previous system, has been discontinued.
To ensure a seamless registration process, you will need to create an account in FOCUS SIS and link your child(ren) to your account. Once completed, you'll be able to register your child(ren) for the 2024-2025 school year.
To complete this process, you will need your studentโs ID number and PIN, which were sent out this morning. A video link explaining this process has been shared as well. More information can be found on the district website at www.raypec.org/page/focus-for-parents
Additionally, school fees are not yet posted in the parent portal. Parents/guardians will be able to pay any necessary fees in early August.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we transition to this new system. For any questions or assistance during the enrollment process, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team by emailing registration@raypec.org.
Thank you for your ongoing support of Raymore-Peculiar School District.
