Payment & Tuition Information
Tuition is billed on the 15th of the month and due on the 1st of the following month.
August tuition is divided up into the rest of the school year.
First tuition payment is due September 1st and last is due May 1st.
Payment and Fee Information
Please visit your EZChildTrack account to make a payment. We encourage you to set up automatic payments to avoid late fees and de-enrollment.
Payments are posted on your account the 15th of each month for the following month. Payments are due by the 1st of every month and late after the 8th of each month.
Delinquent payments not paid by the due date are subject to immediate dismissal from the program and a $50 late fee. Readmittance to the program will be granted once the balance is paid in full and spots are still available at that school. If your account is suspended two times within the same year, your child care service will be permanently suspended until the next school year.
Collections: After the 15th of each month, you will receive notification that you have an outstanding balance. If at that point you still have outstanding balances not paid or if no payment arrangements are set up with the Panther Pride office, your account will be sent to the district collection agency. Once sent to collections, you will only be allowed to re-enroll your child(ren) by the following ways.
When re-enrolling payment of first month tuition will be paid up front along with the enrollment fee and you will be required to sign up for automatic payments through the parent portal on your account.
OR……when re-enrolling, pay the entire school year and/or summer up front plus enrollment fee.
Additional Program Fees
Enrollment Fee (first child/each additional child) $50/$10
Late Payment Fee (after the 8th of each month) $50
Late Pick Up Fee (picking up your child after 6:00pm) $3/minute
Non-School Day (including snow day, winter break, spring break) $30/day/child
Early Release Day (if enrolled in AM Only) $20/day/child
