The Raymore-Peculiar School District is proud to announce that the Ray-Pec Academy (RPA) was selected as a 2026 honoree for the Outstanding Professional Learning Team award by the Executive Board of Missouri Learning Forward.
This prestigious recognition highlights exceptional professional learning teams across the state that demonstrate excellence in collaboration, instructional growth, and impact on student learning. The selection process was extensive and included a review by educators from across Missouri.
The nomination further noted that the academic growth achieved by RPA studentsโevident in GPA and NWEA (Northwestern Evaluation Association) assessment dataโserves as clear evidence of the effectiveness of the Academy teamโs approach. This recognition affirms the dedication of our Academy staff to high-quality professional learning, as well as their ongoing focus on helping every student succeed.
